Our team:

Pati Santos 
Founder | Architect

Pati Santos is a registered Architect (ARB / RIBA) and WELL Accredited Professional based in London. With over 12 years’ experience in the design sector, she has worked on a wide range of residential, cultural, public space and commercial projects, both led by herself and in collaboration with other practices. Most recently, she worked for Lily Jencks Studio and JencksSquared developing a number of international projects, which have been widely recognised with different prestigious awards. Previously, she co-founded the multidisciplinary practice 'equipopropio' in Spain.
Pati is also an Associate Lecturer in the BA(Hons) Architecture at Central Saint Martins where she explores, with her students, health and well-being, ecology and domesticity. 
She has recently been shortlisted for the RIBAJ Rising Stars 2020 award.

Sem Lee
Health & Well-being

Sem is a design consultant and project manager based in London. She is fascinated with the workings of natural systems, how psychology is affected by our environment, and how we integrate biophilia to help solve human problems.
Sem has experience in sustainability communications and service/interior design industries working in diverse areas across brand strategy, workplace design, and culture and engagement for clients such as Schroders, Panasonic and Virgin. She is currently enrolled on the Health, Wellbeing and Sustainable Buildings MSc at the Bartlett, UCL.
Hector Prats
Architect

Hector is a registered Architect (ARB / RIBA) and Building Engineer based in London. He has an extensive international career working in India, Dubai, Spain and Poland. His technical building skills encompasses traditional construction systems and its integration with low energy buildings to improve health and human experience through architectural design. In addition, he has collaborated with a number of London-based architecture practices including PLP on different high-end property developments.
We collaborate with a wide range of professionals to meet the specific requirements of every project and client.
